HELP WITH COURT DATES DURING COVID-19 CRISIS

The state Courts in Colorado have been basically closed and only handling 'essential' matters since late March. On top of that, the Courts in each county are handling things differently. If you had been issued a ticket or a summons with a date for court during this closure, your court date will have been moved. Most court clerks have been trying to contact people about their new court date, but sometimes the address on the ticket is wrong or not readable, and often there is no phone number. You certainly do not want to just not show up unless you are sure the court date has been changed and you know the new date. If you have not been contacted or don't know what is happening with your case, we will be able to help. Contact us and we can point you to the resources or we can look things up for you if need be.
